~ Old World European Sideboard ~

This piece is a TOP contender on my list of favorites. I had quite a few places in our home I would of liked to have kept it...right where it was for one. Since this is a spot I'm constantly using to stage furniture it would of gotten in the way...or so I keep telling myself.

-A lesson I learn over & over... & over :)

~ SOLD ~
Visually stunning old world European antique sideboard. Rockford Republic. Quality solid oak with a rich dark stain on top and front panels. Striking turquoise/teal weathered finish. Beautiful hand carved details throughout. A must see in person to fully appreciate.

Two cabinets. Bottom drawer is a nice sized deep drawer. Top drawer has a removable wooden tray with slats.

  1. This should be in the Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine. It is STUNNING! I love, love, love it. Mike definitely has an artistic eye to turn something lovely into a masterpiece!

  2. i really like the contrast vs. painting the whole thing. great look for that piece.

  3. This is gorgeous! Great pictures of all the details!

  4. You did such an amazing job! Absolutely LOVE this piece!

  5. Looks stunning!
Just curious, if you don't mind my asking. How much do you usually pay for your pieces? What did this particular piece cost? The reason I ask, is I think I may be passing by great pieces because they are out of my price range. But I could just raise the price when I sell it. Is that what you typically do?

  6. wow! check out the details on that- stunning!

  7. I love the two colors together!! The details on this are gorgeous!!

  8. I love the color of this piece!! Would you tell me what colors you used? That blue is perfect :)

  9. This is really strange but, I have this exact piece of furniture! My mother-in-law has the rest of the set (linen press, tabe, etc). She bought them at an estate sale years ago. Do you have any history on the piece you refinished? The only thing that I know is that it has a stamp on the back that says 1865.

  10. I love this piece and would love to purchase one like it. Do you have anything else like it available? I am in Phoenix

  11. I love this piece, the blue is fantastic. Congratulation.

  12. Sharing this and you as my Favorite Five today on my blog. Absolutely stunning piece, as is all of your work!

  13. We have a similar piece. Could share the paint color for our DIY project. Looks amazing! Did you also refinish the brown portion. It looks stunning. Our piece has a few dents and nicks to be repaired. We will probably have to amp the wood. Thank you

    1. Sorry could you share the type and color of the paint? Thanks again!
