*** Due to the large amount of inquiries and estimates we have regarding commissioned work, please allow up to 1 week for a response. May take longer in some cases.
- Our schedule for custom work is limited. If you would like to be put on the schedule please contact me for openings.
- Depending on the size and amount of pieces, your furniture is typically finished within a 7-10 days.
- When estimates are given, prices will include sanding and prepping, light repairs, paint color specified and protective topcoat.
- There are many things to consider when giving an estimate and prices will vary depending on if you want your furniture distressed, glazed and paint color. Other factors to consider are condition of piece, finish already on it, amount of detail and number of drawers and cabinets.
Hardware hole fill-ins: $1.50 per hole
Holes drilled for new hardware: $1.00 per hole.

**NOTE** All make-overs require a deposit of half the estimated price at the time your furniture is dropped off.
